The Weekend Arrested For Assaulting A Police Officer

R&B singer The Weekend is starting off the new year on a bad note the “Earned It” singer was arrested on Saturday in Las Vegas after he punched a cop in the head, following a brawl he was involved in inside the Cromwell Hotel. Police showed up at the scene around 4:20am to break up the fight when The Weekend was pulled into an elevator where he allegedly punched a cop in his head and was arrested for battery of a protected person. The singer was able to post bail and later posted this picture on instagram with the caption “escaped from Las Vegas”.
